well hello. it has now been 5 years (plus 2 days) since I uploaded my first chart on spinshare! which, is honestly somewhat weird to think about since it feels like this game has been a part of my life for its entirety. might as well be true tbh. anyways yeah this chart was SUPPOSED to actually be ready to go on the actual anniversary, but I literally couldn't get myself to work on it properly due to procrastination. it did genuinely upset me but I managed to get over it. I did get a cool vent art out of it too, at least.

the Gen'ei series is such an important thing to me. it's a story that resonates with me very strongly, and has allowed me to learn new things about myself, know myself better. how the hell does harumaki gohan do that!! I genuinely can't think of any other piece of media that would tap into the troubled neurodivergent yearning mind quite so well (all possible bias because I am projecting myself onto mikage hard) hurgh.

now to explain the actual chart a bit: it's basically an alternative version for the Gen'ei EP full album chart, polished and updated a little bit, enhanced with mods,.. and it also features interludes and narration from the Gen'ei LV live show. can you tell that I'm obsessed with this album? ((and harumaki gohan in general)). I'm not kidding when I say that it literally changed my life, so I want to honor it as much as I can, in the best way I know how to.

the biggest single chart project I can feasibly do. twisty track, chroma and dts, throughout all five difficulties.
