I just wanted to add what makes this such a good chart:

The charting conveys the chaotic feeling of the song very well without ever feeling unfair.

Also it's obvious after multiple playthroughs that the charter understands the melody and rhythm of the song on a very detailed level, which really makes it more fun to play as a custom.
