The normal chart feels off. The tap and spin notes don’t always do a good job of positioning the wheel for the next note, so you will often be on the opposite side of where you need to be. The left spin before the scratch at cue point 10 is one example. Hard is generally better at this sort of positioning due to the use of color switching, and is a more fun experience.
