watered down version of Make Over for SSSO Summer 2022, download only for the tournament or if you have problems with visual sliders

Changes (mostly based on Halflite's feedback):
- Removed stacked matches
- Removed matches on the ends of sliders because they yield error flags now, for some reason
- Removed aesthetic matchstreams
- Removed most visual sliders😨
- Removed tap at beat 163 which didn't really need to be there
- Changed background to fit the album cover (same bg as now Surveillance)
