This is quite a fun chart! Though I'd say it's definitely above 30 at least.
CTM players are definitely going to struggle a bit more than freewheel players as there's a decent handful of movement into taps, though as a CTM player that actually likes movement into taps when done well, I find them quite fun.
Most of my other complaints are just little nit-picky things that I wouldn't say makes the level bad in any way.

Absolutely nailed the intro! The rest of the level was super fun too, it was a blast to play! There were a few semi-uncomfortable patterns for CTM players, but nothing too unfair feeling. Great work!
