Overall, this chart has very poor flow. (Particularly, at 0:54, with that double left spin.) Additionally, this probably should be Expert, not Hard.

Honestly, this chart plays great and fits the song well, although you may want to lower the difficulty, as 45 is probably too high for it. I'd recommend somewhere around 36-39.
